Easy to use application that reminds you when it is time to drink. It helps you to drink regularly which is beneficial to your body, improves your health and can increases your quality of life.

How to use the application

Time

can be adjusted by scrolling the time pickers in the right column. Touch picker and move it up or down to select the value that best suits your habbits.

I wake up

pick the time for the first reminder

I go to sleep

pick the time after which you do not want to be disturbed. It is recommended that you do not drink at least two hours before you go to sleep.

Reminder every

pick how frequently you want to be reminded

On weekends I sleep in

you can delay the start for up to three hours if you like to sleep in on weekends
